Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Resilink — a platform for NEET-PG aspirants offering counselling-outcome analytics, decision tools, mentorship, and the resident-verified RRIS data set. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to use Resilink and are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Advisor accounts (residents, consultants, mentors) are additionally subject to onboarding, verification, and approval; we may decline, suspend, or remove an advisor account at our discretion.

2. Subscriptions, sessions & payments

Premium features require a paid subscription; 1-on-1 advisor sessions and one-time content unlocks are separate purchases. Prices are shown before payment. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Nature of the service — no guarantees

Resilink's tools, cutoffs, predictions, and advisor guidance are informational aids to help you make your own decisions. They are not a guarantee of any admission, seat, rank, branch, or outcome, and are not medical, legal, or financial advice. Counselling rules and seat data change; always verify against official sources (MCC / state authorities) before acting.

4. Advisor sessions

Advisors are independent guides sharing their own experience. You agree to attend booked sessions on time and to conduct yourself respectfully. We are not responsible for the specific advice given in a session; disputes are handled under the refund policy and our no-show / strike rules.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute Resilink data or paid content.
  • Do not impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your identity as an advisor.
  • Do not abuse, harass, or defraud other users or advisors.
  • Do not attempt to bypass payment, tier, or access controls.

6. Intellectual property

Resilink, its tools, aggregated data sets, and content are owned by Resilink or its licensors. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable right to use them; it does not transfer ownership.

7. Third-party services

We use Razorpay (payments), LiveKit (in-app video), and MSG91 / WhatsApp and email (notifications). Your use of those features is also subject to their terms.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resilink is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using Resilink and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On deletion, your personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
